Agency: ICON (Formerly Iconologic)
Trinidad & Tobago is an oil-rich twin island nation, just north of Venezuela. It's small but mighty, and is striving to become a major hub of commerce. To that end, they hired Iconologic to create a brand to represent this coming-out on the world stage. I worked with writer-strategists Kendra Rainey and Juliet D'Ambrosio in the early stages of this project, when we were just figuring out how to showcase T&T. The look system that I created (which then was later beautifully fleshed-out more by Martha Barbieri and Lea Friedman) was inspired by T&T's colonial past and its full-gamut future.
